Admission Process

Academic Session

The academic session commences from last week of March every year. At present, registrations are open for classes Play to VIII, IX and XI. Registration may also be made in July subject to the availability of seats.

Admission Process

Admissions are on the basis of written tests and interviews. The children seeking admissions are tested in Hindi, English, Mathematics & Science for Upper section.

Science Stream Admission

Admission to science stream 10th onward is based on merit, conduct of student in previous class and availability of seats. Students will be admitted after personal interview with their parents.

Class XI Requirements

Minimum 50% marks in All India Secondary School Examination is essential to apply for admission in Class XI Science (Medical and Non Medical) and Commerce stream respectively.

Procedure for Withdrawal

Important guidelines for student withdrawal from the school

Notice Period

A clear one month's notice or tuition fee in lieu thereof is to be given when a student is to be withdrawn. Exemption may be made in case of sudden transfer of government official working on transferable post.

Transfer Certificate

Duplicate copy of the transfer certificate will not be issued except for good and valid reasons. A fee of Rs. 300/- is charged for issuing a duplicate certificate after procuring a press note & affidavit.

Removal Grounds

The student can be removed from rolls by school authorities on any one of the following grounds:

  • Irregularity in attendance
  • Behavioral problem
  • Non-payment of fees or chronic irregularity in payment
  • Moral breach considered serious by the school authorities
